Photo says cherry wood aged what i received is oak wood aged it has the consistency of water not balsamic vinegar. I d highly recommend any of the sutter buttes oils or vinegar.

Makes a fabulous glaze for beef poultry pork lamb or duck too. I just finished an old bottle wanted to replace it. The image depicts that this is cherry wood aged but it is oak wood aged. Not a huge problem but it does have a different taste and it was not the item that i thought i was ordering.
